Welcome to Salty Air Cottage in Ventnor, NJ! Nestled in a quiet residential street just 2 1/2 blocks from the beach, this tranquil retreat is the perfect setting for your shore getaway.

This meticulously maintained home is available for your best summer ever! It has been beautifully decorated throughout and furnished with an eye toward comfort and relaxation. Settle down on our breezy front porch for a quiet cup of morning coffee or an evening drink. It’s the perfect place to unplug and savor the salty air. Inside, you’ll find more relaxing living spaces. Around the fireplace, you’ll find a conversation or TV area. The smart TV is set up with cable plus apps, so you can bring all your favorite channels with you. A snug reading nook by the stairs is stocked with books and magazines, ready for you to put your feet up!

Kitchen and dining:The dining room features a family sized table with seating for 6- 8. We keep a cabinet here stocked with board games, puzzles, and coloring ready for lazy day fun. You will enjoy using the newly renovated kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite topped island, large fridge, and even a wine refrigerator! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could want to cook a family meal. If you prefer to eat out, you’ll find a selection of menus from our favorite local restaurants. A second full bathroom is just off the kitchen. Come along outside to the patio hideaway for al fresco dining or entertaining. Patio table seats 6 and a roll away sun shade offers you customizable shade or sun.

Bedrooms: Upstairs you will find four bedrooms and a shower bath. Two bedrooms have comfortable queen beds and the other two have a pair of twin beds. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and closet. Comforters and pillows are provided, so you need only bring your favorite sheets!

An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is located on the side of the house, so you can rinse off comfortably on your way home from the beach. There is a driveway spot for one car. Parking on the street is typically easy to find. The laundry room is located just off the kitchen on the ground floor. Salty Air Cottage has high speed WiFi and central air conditioning.

Troy Avenue is the closet beach to the cottage. Many good restaurants and several shops are an easy walk away and we’re just a short drive to Atlantic City or Margate.

There is no smoking and no pets on the property. We regret we cannot accommodate large groups or parties.
